THunder... which I would LOVE if it wasn't keeping me AT WORK! My car is all the way across campus and though I have an umbrella, it's raining so hard that I would be soaked regardless twenty feet outside my building. Grrr. I'm hungry too!

I am listening to Marilyn Manson atm. Good for relieving stress - I have him blaring as I walk to work. I think the guys a weird and sick individual, but I do like his music - kind of a flaming hypocrite hey?!  *************************************************************************

I was too skeptical katie. I just couldn't do it... and i'll cut mold off cheese, or eat yogurt that's, like, a month past it's sell by date, but apparently, even i have my limits. You never know, I might get so hungry at some point, that it doesn't matter.

Ooooh - I was just looking at the website of an incredibly talented singer-songwriter from Oz - I wanted to get the lyrics to one of her songs to put in the lyrics thread. And I saw that her album is being released in the US TODAY - 7th June.
Guys - you have to get out and buy this - I guarantee that you will love it. She is in the Sarah McLachlan/Beth Orton/Cat Power vein, but more edgy and rocky. Has anyone listened to The Bravery? I have been reading a bit about them in muisic press, and have seen their CD in the store - I think I will buy. But don't think I have ever heard one of their tracks and was wondering if somebody could give me a review?

I havent' heard of sarah blasko katie, which is bad being an ozzie lol. I have been slack at watching video hits and things like that of late. They play her a lot on triple j purps - she is fantasic
I saw her in concert a few months ago - she is pretty funny as I don't think she really knows what to do with herself on stage so kind of clumsily lurches around a bit - it is hilarious to watch  Her lead guitarist (I think his name is Rob something?) is so insanely cute there aren't words. I love the just slightly scruffy muso look - prob my fave in the world (after spyboy, of course  )She is about to tour Oz again - playing the Zoo. You should go - won't be too expensive *************************************************************************
