I'm nearly done with my current and will soon be searching for another. Well, today I learned that I can not access the "Hi Fem" thread at work (not that I'm supposed to be doing that anyway) from any computer, even the ones in the cyber cafe because it contains the word sex! But look at us now, the three of us are the poster models for healthy teeth. Not a filling amongst us! Hunted out some book titles I was interested in, (Misha see new thread) cruised DJs, Myer, Kmart and Target for General Grievous, had morning tea with my sons, listened to them recall every line from every episode of "The Simpsons" and "Futurama", talked a client out of a crisis (of her own making) answered some emails, cooked tea (still simmering) and am about to start an evening's work. Wish I knew what to suggest but it's hard with that single girl, married man thing. I'm sure people here frown upon that too (see Hi Fem thread ) Talk to him anyway, mention that you know, maybe he needs a confidant for the time left? Today I....fixed my ticket. I went to the police station in the town I got the ticket, thinking that would be fine as the CHP officer said "any peace officer can sign it off" but at the station, the man there said, "no, you have to go to the town in which you reside." Great. So I drive to my town (not far) and have to ring them since the front desk is closed and she tells me an officer will meet me at my car. Another officer drives up, so I think "wow, send him out" and I wait about five minutes and........they send a female cop!! I swear!! You're going to move to the middle east to find a man? I got stopped by a statie for the same exact reason, except my registration was about 4 months expired. I think he'd have let me go except then he saw that I had two driver's licenses (not fake!) and got all uppity about it. It's just an old license dude, chillax. I can't help it if PA doesn't take the old ones back. Today I left work early, well, early for me anyway. It felt so good to be home at a reasonable hour. No cavities ellen? I'm jealous.
